Click & Collect

You can choose “Click & Collect” when placing an order via the website, payment can then be made in online using a credit or debit card or via Paypal, or in person on collection either by card or cash if you prefer.

Once a click & collect order is placed, we will then contact you to arrange a convenient collection time from our shop in Tilgate Parade.

We will require proof of age should you look under 25.

Click & Collect – Pay Online

Bonfire Season

The order deadline for click & collect pay online will be 3rd November , after which point click & collect options will not be available again until 7th November due to high seasonal demand.

New Year’s Eve Season

Click & Collect will be available throughout the New Year’s Eve period.

Click & Collect – Pay In Store

Orders placed out of season via click and collect will be held for a maximum of 3 days, after which time the order will be cancelled.

During the periods of 15th October – 29th  October click & collect pay in store orders will be held for 24 hours only, after which time the order will be cancelled.

Delivery

We also provide a delivery service, please check the below zones and postcode areas to see whether we cover your area.

If you would like to purchase fireworks from us and your postcode is not listed, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to quote you a delivery charge.

Once an order requiring delivery has been placed on the website then we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day.

An adult will need to be present on the day of delivery to receive the goods as goods cannot be left unattended or accepted by anyone under the age of 18.

We will require proof of age should you look under 25.

Season Delivery Dates

During the Bonfire Night season deliveries will have an order deadline, please make sure you order by 29th October to guarantee your delivery slot.

During the New Year’s Eve season deliveries will have an order deadline, please make sure you order by 27th December to guarantee your delivery slot.
