Please be aware, we do not offer nationwide delivery, before placing an order make sure you are able to collect from our store in Crawley or that you are in our delivery zone.

When placing an order online, you can choose our Click & Collect option.
You can pay:

• 💳 Online using a credit or debit card, or PayPal, or

• 💵 In-store on collection by card or cash (Reserve & Pay In Store option).

Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient collection time from our shop in Tilgate Parade.

Important: Proof of age will be required if you appear under 25.
Proof of age must be a physical ID (such as a driving licence, passport, or PASS card).
Photos or digital copies will not be accepted.

💻 Click & Collect – Pay Online

Want to secure your fireworks early and collect at a time that suits you?
Our Click & Collect – Pay Online option is the best way to guarantee you get exactly what you want — no queues, no disappointment, and no waiting around.

Simply order and pay online, and we’ll have your fireworks ready for fast, hassle-free pickup from our shop whenever it suits you.

💻 Reserve & Pay In Store

For orders placed outside the main season, Reserve & Pay In Store orders will be held for a maximum of 3 days, after which the order will be cancelled.

Between 3rd November – 5th November, Reserve & Pay In Store orders will be held for 24 hours only, after which they will be automatically cancelled.

Between 29th December – 30th December, Reserve & Pay In Store orders will be held for 24 hours only, after which they will be automatically cancelled.

🚚 Delivery Service

We also offer a delivery service.
Please check the delivery zones and postcode list below to confirm if we cover your area.

If your postcode isn’t listed, please contact us — we’ll be happy to provide a custom delivery quote.

Once your order requiring delivery is placed, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day.

Please note:

• An adult (18+) must be present to receive the delivery.

• Orders cannot be left unattended or accepted by anyone under 18.

• Proof of age will be required if you appear under 25.

• Proof of age must be a physical ID (no photos or digital copies accepted).
